NexPath ("the App") is published by Seagra Technology Inc. ("we", "us"). The App is a network client that lets you sign in to an account you hold with a supported service provider and connect to that provider's encrypted servers. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.
The App does not collect, store or transmit the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, DNS queries, or connection timestamps. Traffic is encrypted on your device and sent directly to the service provider's servers; it does not pass through our servers.
When you sign in, your email address and password are sent directly to the service provider you selected so that it can return your plan and server list. We do not receive or store your password. Your email, plan details and connection settings are stored locally on your device and are removed when you sign out. Your relationship with the service provider is also governed by that provider's own privacy policy.
This information is not linked to your email or service-provider account. We do not use it for advertising, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell it.
The App asks to add a VPN configuration, which is required to create the encrypted connection. Camera and photo access are requested only if you choose to scan or select a QR code to import settings; images are processed on the device and are not uploaded.
We do not share personal information with third parties, except with hosting providers that run our servers under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Error reports are kept for 30 days. Device records and feedback are kept while the App is in use and deleted on request. You can delete local data at any time by signing out or deleting the App. To request deletion of data we hold, email us with the device ID shown on the App's About page.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.

登录时，你的邮箱和密码会直接发送给你选择的服务商，用于获取套餐和服务器列表。我们不接收也不保存你的密码。邮箱、套餐信息和连接配置仅保存在你的设备上，退出登录后即删除。你与服务商之间的关系同时适用该服务商自己的隐私政策。
以上信息不与你的邮箱或服务商账户关联，不用于广告，不会跨其他公司的应用或网站追踪你，也不会出售。
本应用需要添加 VPN 配置，这是建立加密连接所必需的。只有在你主动扫描或选择二维码导入配置时才会请求相机和相册权限，图片仅在设备上处理，不会上传。
除受保密义务约束的服务器托管商，或法律要求的情形外，我们不会向第三方共享个人信息。
错误报告保存 30 天；设备记录和反馈在使用期间保存，可应要求删除。你可随时通过退出登录或删除应用清除本地数据。如需删除我们保存的数据，请发送邮件并附上应用「关于」页显示的设备 ID。
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其信息。
我们可能更新本政策，最新修改时间以上方生效日期为准。
